The QPs [as we are affectionately known] were founded in 1945 and are now a well established amateur theatrical society based at the Cordes Hall, in Sunninghill. We stage three productions every year - namely a pantomime in January, and plays in May and September. Rehearsals are twice weekly, usually Tuesday and Thursday, between 8pm and 10pm at the Cordes Hall. On a more informal basis we have several social functions throughout the year - a summer party, discos and a Christmas lunch. We can also be found in the local restaurants and pubs and like to go on theatre trips. Our Annual General Meeting is always held in the first week of July at 8pm at the Cordes Hall. Our Newsletters are published six times annually with news, reviews, diary dates, some announcements and other items of interest. You are welcome to come to any audition for any production, or help backstage with lighting, make-up or props - or even front of house, selling programmes or ice creams.
